The Puyallup Activity Center is hosting a St. Valentine’s Day Party for the seniors in the city. This fun party starts at 11:00 am on Friday, February 10th at the Pioneer Park Pavilion. The Activity Center is excited to present “The Fun Singers” who will be performing along with the Sa’Diyah Belly Dancers for a fun filled hour of entertainment for the seniors. Entertainment is from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm with a lunch from 12:00 pm until 12:30 pm. There will be a raffle drawing at 12:30 pm. Remember to show your festive Valentine’s spirit by wearing Red, Pink or White! Also, please bring some canned food or a monetary donation to donate to the Puyallup Food Bank.

The South Hill Mall wants to help you save some money on a Valentine’s Day dinner. When you spend $75 at South Hill Mall between 2/1/17-2/14/17, bring your receipts to Customer Service at the mall and get $10 off at The Olive Garden and Famous Dave’s. This is a down and back run along Ruston Way, beginning at the park near the Point Ruston sprayground. The race, on Saturday, February 11th at 8:00 am, will also feature a kids dash that is a one-mile dash for the children. Check in for the race starts at 7:00 am. For the 5k the cost to register will be $20 until February 5th, then $25 from February 6-9th and $30 on the day of the race. For the Kids Dash, the cost to run is $10 through February 5th, $15 from February 6th-9th and then $20 on the day of the race.
